Return policy


Returns/Exchanges:

We will be happy to return or exchange items within 30 calendar days, from the date your order was delivered . In order to be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unwashed and unworn and must be in the original packaging. No exceptions to this policy will be made. 

Once your item is received, we will inspect it and if it is eligible for a return, your original method of payment will be refunded. This can take up to 5-10 days depending on the policies of the issuing credit card company. 

  • Sale: No returns or exchanges will be accepted on these items. These are final sale, no exceptions. 
  • Shoes: Must be returned in original packaging, with additional packaging to protect them for shipping. If shoes arrive damaged, we will not be able to accept a return.   

Items do sell quickly, so in the event you would like to exchange an item, please send us an email at contactnicoleschae@gmail.com, letting us know what item is being exchanged and what color or size you need and we will place the item on hold until we receive your item. If we do not receive an email, we cannot guarantee an exchange on that item.

Shipping: 

You will be responsible for the shipping costs on the item being returned to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Damaged items: 

You must report damaged items within 5 days to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Items cannot be washed or worn, if claimed as damaged. After 5 days, Nicole Schae Apparel can no longer be responsible.

All items can be returned to the address on your shipment or on the card we will provide you with in each package.

*We are not responsible for any items that are lost/stolen once delivered. 

*In the event of a return/exchange, we recommend you keep your tracking number on items sent back to us, as Nicole Schae Apparel will not be responsible for lost items, in transit.
